Many nonprofit organizations hire remotely, in a wide variety of roles. Over 300 jobs are open in the US now.
We checked this morning, and roles included Parent Support Coordinator ($36k/yr.), Fundraising Events Coordinator ($55k+/yr.), Project Coordinator ($55k/yr.), a variety of Administrative Assistant and Executive Assistant openings, and many more.
One of our favorite sources for nonprofit jobs — where we found the listings mentioned above — is Idealist.org.
The Idealist.org site focuses on connecting people who want to do good (“Idealists”) with opportunities for action and collaboration. This includes posting job openings for thousands of nonprofits.
The openings can run from basic administrative support to senior management roles. The job selection is always changing, so if you don’t see something today that you like, be sure to check back later.
To see all of the remote positions currently listed, just follow the directions below or watch our Idealist.org video tutorial:
CLICK HERE, then:
1. At the top of the page, on the “Location Type” drop-down menu, check “Remote.” On the upper right of the page, you’ll see a box for your location. Enter “United States” (if that’s your location), then Search.
2. The site will search automatically, and you should see 300+ openings.
3. You can refine your search by selecting more options from the Filters at the top of the page.
