MUFG : Problem with Registry : Unable to Register stocks

Since Link ceased and all their registry of shares has changed to MUFG I have had problems. I am unable to get past their first few pages work.
MUFG sends one around in a circle back to the login page. Has anyone else had a simil.ar problem?
